Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Items damaged DURING transit must be reported to TWINSPRINT LLC. within 24 hours of receiving. Photos of the product AND packaging must be provided to begin a loss / damage claim with shipping company.
